Deliver support to end users in the organization and ensure the stable operation of the assigned financial applications. Supervise financial application and application analysts to ensure the operational goals and objectives are met for SAM and the organization. Responsible for the assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of software applications as well as handling and resolving issues that arise within the clinical applications area and reporting any unresolved or issues that need escalation to the Director of SAM.

CORPORATE COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state and TRHS' regulations, laws and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
2. Ensures that the staff are trained and evaluated on their knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs.
Monitor incoming tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues within servers, databases, and other mission-critical systems. Ensure tickets are assigned and resolved within specified time frame.
Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and issue resolution are required.
Ensure that analysts are recording, tracking, and documenting the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.
Coordinate testing of fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
Ensure maintenance and enhance performance of all new and existing software and applications across the organization.
Round with department heads and/or SME's in assigned areas to assess needs and resolve or report issues found.
Round with employees as assigned and report wins/issues to Director of SAM.
Participate in the design, development, and delivery of software applications.
Ensure automation and FSI is evaluated and maintained within departments where applicable.
Conduct research into software application products and services in support of development and purchasing efforts.
Manage and provide guidance to financial and application analysts assigned.
Facilitate/project manage assigned projects, main contact for assigned applications
Provide onboarding for new employees in financial area.
Participate in the hiring process for new employees and will participate in the mid and end of year evaluation process.
Understands and assists in development of goals and objectives of IT management and prioritizes workload of self and others to accomplish.
EDUCATION/AND OR EXPERIENCE:
Three to five years' experience with Cerner and/or Infor/Lawson applications preferred, previous supervisory experience required, Bachelor's degree in preferred, customer service oriented required.

Occasional travel between training locations required.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components
