Tift Regional Medical Center
I. GENERAL SUMMARY- Prepares all hot foods for the Food & Nutrition Department utilizing appropriate recipes, products, procedures, and timeframes.
II. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Must be able to read, understand, and follow recipe ingredient list and preparation instructions. Must be able to manage time to provide products at the specified times.
III. WORKING CONDITIONS Must work in an environment that is often warm, due to equipment and rushed nature of position.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent plus two years experience in food preparation activities in a commercial operation.
V. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a high quality product to all age groups of patients, staff, and visitors at Tift RegionalMedical Center.
