The Lead Clinical Application Support Analyst's role is to deliver support to end users in the organization and to ensure the stable operation of the assigned clinical applications and deliver support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting hardware, applications and software for internal customers. The Lead Clinical Application Analyst is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house software applications training programs and related courseware. The Lead Clinical Application Support Analyst will also be responsible for handling and resolving issues that arise within the Clinical Applications area and reporting any unresolved or issues that need attention to the Systems Applications Director.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
RN degree or appropriate technical certification required.
2-4 years in implementation, support, or utilizing current information system technology.
